MopBook Account and Data Deletion

MopBook users can request deletion of their account and associated cloud data.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open the MopBook app.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Open Danger zone.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Confirm the deletion.

If you cannot access the app

You can request deletion by email: support@mopbook.app

Please include the email address used for your MopBook account.

Data deleted

• MopBook cloud account data
• Cloud backups linked to your account
• Subscription entitlement records stored by MopBook

Data that may remain

Some records may remain where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, accounting or platform compliance reasons. Google Play subscription and payment records are managed by Google Play.

Processing time

Deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days.
