Delete your MopBook account

You can permanently delete your MopBook account and associated cloud data either from inside the MopBook app or by sending us an account-deletion request.

Delete your account in the app

Open MopBook and sign in to your cloud account.
Open Profile.
Find Delete account.
Review the warning, confirm the deletion, and choose whether you also want to remove local MopBook data from that device.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access the app, email us from the email address registered to your MopBook account. Use the subject Delete my MopBook account.

What is deleted

After the request is verified, the MopBook cloud account and associated MopBook cloud data linked to that account, including cloud backups, are deleted.

Local data on your device

MopBook is local-first. Data stored only on a device is not necessarily removed by a web/email deletion request. You can remove local MopBook data using the in-app deletion option on that device, or by removing the app and its local data from the device.

Google Play subscription: deleting a MopBook account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel the subscription separately in Google Play.

Important: account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Some limited information may be retained only when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting obligations.
