Depending on how you use MopBook, you may enter account details and business records such as client contact details, addresses, schedules, job information, invoices, payment status, expenses, notes and receipt images.

Account, backup and service data

Information required to provide account, authentication, backup and restore features may be processed by service providers used to operate MopBook. Business information entered into the app is used to provide the features requested by the user.

Your responsibilities

If you store information about your clients in MopBook, you are responsible for having an appropriate lawful basis to hold and use that information and for protecting access to your device and account.

Retention and deletion

Data may remain until it is deleted by the user or as required to operate the account, backup, security or legal functions of the service. You can permanently delete your MopBook cloud account in the app or use our account deletion page to request deletion without the app.

Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect service data. No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children

MopBook is a business administration product and is not intended for children.
